I totally agree with you Dave. The seller could ask £5k for it if he wanted to, but it is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. At the moment cars are harder to sell mainly because of the recession etc. The exception to the rule is all these MK1 and MK2 Escort RS2000s etc. They just seem to go for mega money, and sell pretty quickly too. The only old Audis that seem to fetch really good money is the ur quattro. But only the really good ones seem to sell. All Types is an example. How long has he had some of his? If the price is right it will sell. I would have thought the vast majority of people on here would think the same. Let's hope someone on here buys it so that it stays 'in the know'.
