So, I'm after an intact early model heater (temp control-slider) cable for my 1983 CGT.
I already installed a later one, 85-87, but it's longer and so stiff that despite great care its kinked behind the plate in the dash. The "tempering" of the wire seems to make it impossible to straighten. Shortening it and rebending the end to fit the lever interface also seems impossible. Anybody got one? Part #?
