So how did the team meet go then Coxy. Was it a pleasant affair or were fingers pointed. Me and my two ombras have had a lecturing this afternoon off our General Manager. Things got that boring that I made a snail out of a large lump of blu - tac that was on the desk. When looked at quizzically by my GM I said I was making him quick before he fell asleep half made! They love me and my gung - ho attitude at work they really do.
The best phrase I heard recently made to me was from DHL's Site Ops manager who, infront of twenty people, told me that ' I wasn't radiating positivity into the room'. I really don't dig the management speak one bit.
