Advice on car insurance brokers

Hi
i like to tax and insure my mates old car Audi 80 quattro 2.8 salloon
car will be used on a very limited basis.....roughly 2000 miles
car to be parked up at work secure car park

who is the best insurer to use?

Any info would be great
