No problem with implementing the mobile phone law as waaay to many people seemed to just drive in a haphazard manner whilst on their phone, but this is just bleeding ridiculous. Next they're going to tell us we should all drive automatics. And do the same laws apply if you have an automatic as if you have a manual?? and if so, why?
