Timing

Hi All

First up the engine involved is a 2.3 NG 10v its a late 92 plate coupe with the KE III Jetronic.
For those that are interested the its an N chasis.

Next how do I get it into diag mode so I can set the timing?

Lastly my fuel pump relay has no fuse holder in it

Any help greatly appreciated
