Where's the police when you need them?
So, it seems the old rule about using the car horn has been removed from the highway code.
Now. A taxi driver is allowed to use it as he wishes, as often as he wishes, with impunity. According to the lazy feckers here, backed up by the police! There used to be a law about this. Signs of the times, I guess.
