Hello!
After succesfully recreationting,by photo, the throttle body porting and polishing as shown on Audifans site,I can now offer you this service for £80 plus postage. Im removing a certain amount of the metal from you throttle body by hand using the correct file. This process I sit with for around 2.5 hours.I then smooth using a drill and lapwheel. To finish,I use a special metal polish and buff to a perfect chrome finish by hand. This whole process takes about 4 hours. What you can expect is far better airflow. My mpg has gone up by 4mpg on the 2.6 engine. The main improvement, and it is very noticeable,is the disappearance of any lag between 2 and 3000 rpm.Using a K&N panel filter and resetting your throttle properly using VAGCOM is an excellent way to compliment this, although without a K&N it is still largely noticeable. Let me know via PM or call Steve on 07771 633289 Steve ![]()
