Front struts Typ 81/85

Hi

I think I have been shafted by a German ebayer!!

Bought some suspension for my '77. There are no kits for the early models so you have to adapt other bits.

Comparing the two sets, it doesn't look as though the struts are compatible.

Does anyone have a photo of a standard Typ 81 (78-84) front shock absorber.

It would also be worth seeing a piccie of a late Typ 89 front shock aswell.
