If you are looking at this listing you will already know the S2 is a special vehicle. There were less than 400 Avants (more coupes) produced for the UK in right hand drive with an even smaller number of the rare Porsche fettled RS2.


Find a well maintained low owner example. One that needs work or has been neglected is bad news. Buy a good S2 and you have inexpensive super car performance, great reliability, 30mpg ecconomy on a run and a car you and your family can use in comfort.


Manufactured before Audi produced the RS2 this car benefits from modifications by MTM (Motoren Technic Mayer). MTM is a German tuning company for Audi and other vehicles made by the VW/ Audi group. The conversion was done by Kim Collins of Quattro Sports Tuning (QST) in Haywards Heath. QST are the only official MTM agent in the UK. The results are better than the RS2 and this car will sell for a lot less too.


I have owned it for nearly 12 years. When I bought it it had covered 56k miles. It had a full Audi service history with fully stamped book and had been previously sold through the main dealer network. At that time it was a standard car and I payed £14,000 for it.
