Questions on Audi 200 Turbo Quattro

Hi,

I have a few small issues on my Instrument Cluster.

1) the digital Fuel Sensor is not reflecting the correct amount of fuel; for example, when just filled up the fuel tank, it mentions max 60 miles to go; but most of the timesit only mentions 35, 30 or even 25 after filling it up
2) also the Fuel Gaude is not accurate
3) since a couple of weeks, the speedometer stops working when I go over 80MpH and at neither is the Cruise Control working; it worked only a couple of times

Does anyone know what would be causing this?
Someone told me to replace the whole Instrument Cluster.
