radiator fan......ON......!!!

hello,........

radiator fan .....on......all the time.....??? as soon as i connect the battery....?

disconnected the temp sensor on the rad...............ON.....

has anyone had this...?? wondered if it an 'open' or 'closed' circuit problem..?
