This is my solution too.
Why worry about whether E10 works or not, what additive to use, how many hoses to replace, how long to leave the fuel in....when you can just use Super.

If Super goes to 10%, then it's time to look at it again!

I ran my old 90 2.2E on super but my current 90q has always been fed 95. all the ignition timing, krypton tuning, all the fettling of the screws etc has all been done with that in the tank. If i switch to super i'm guessing i'll have to mess with all that again, or will it " just work"? Super is arguably what the engine would prefer...?

You won't have to mess with it but you'll not get the benefit of it, it'll just be like using the 95ron.

I've been putting 98 E5 into the 2.6.

95 in the 20v. First tank of E10 showed no ill effects but it's the long term use that's the unknown.

It's the time sitting in the tank that's a problem too.

I had bought some stabiliser for the E10 to use when the change came in but I am less and less convinced it works long term (according to youtube anyway) despite it being well reviewed and a Castrol product. I put 20 quid of super in tonight instead and there were no dramas
