I am coming in from a South west direction past Oxford and Swindon. Its all pretty faffy 'A' roads for me with the exception of a bit of M4 at the end of the journey. I could link up with anyone coming in from the east towards the end of the trip I would have thought.

I'm going away today for 9 days, so can't reply to any suggestions until the Wednesday or Thursday before ADI. But would be up for it

Ill set off as late as possible, with ear plugs, carrying as much dirt, mud, shite and crud as possible, get the airflow and air stacking issues worked out depending on the weather then attempt to get the exhaust manifold cherry red and the turbo up to an hither to, unknown temperature to man, and get there without the exhaust setting fire to the transmission tunnel or fire bombing the rear apron.... Oh the joys of a rally rep quattro...
