Washer bottle pump not been working for a while now
.Decided to sort it today..... Its got 12v coming to it from stalk so pump is duff !!! Stealer want £65 for another !!!!! .Question..... How does it come out of tank (if at all?) and does anyone know where i can source one from or if anyone has one pics attatched. Need to sort before a week on Friday as car is havin a run out to North wales ![]() Thanks peeps. ![]() ![]() |

sometimes its just a rubber o-ring/seal....push fit....
what car is it......?? last one i did was a yaris though...... |

Yeah, I agree, it should just pull out either up or to the side. Try a local motor factors for one, £65 seems a bit steep.

buy a washer pump with 2 outlets ie one that does not sit in the res. bottle, mount it inbetween the original pump and the washer pipe it will draw the washer fluid through the old pump (of course you need a bit of pipe from old pump to new ) this will keep you going until you can find a second hand / reasonable priced new one

doesnt it just sit inside a very tight grommet.i normally remove the whole bottle and just lever out with a open ring spanner as its not an old car it should'nt be brittle so all the best.always works for me (grrr)brute force rules
