Default Bought a New Audi

I've had a hell of a day, I ran a half marathon this morning in 24 degree heat, it was ten times more difficult than previous runs simply because the heat was relentless.

Then I must have been suffering from heat stroke as when I finished my lady and I drove to the Audi dealership and specced up and bought a brand new A6 avant with ALLLLLLLL the toys!

Managed to get £3,100 discount, full tank of fuel and take advantage of their 1.9% apr offer! It's with the gods of VW finance now, I'll keep you posted!

bloody hell!

If I want a loan I know where to come. Well not any more.

I went into Newbury Audi on Friday to pick up some bushes for my 19 year old car (I got some strange looks!) and saw an A6 avant 3.0 TDI quattro, I think it was something like £47000!!!!!!

Ah yeah the A6 avants are crazy money these days, I went for the TDIe for a few reasons, firstly it does 54mpg which is what I need when I'm doing 20k a year and secondly it was the only car they were offering such low finance on!

I have a feeling it's going to be the highest specced TDIe around as I've put all the toys like TV, freeview, hard drive mp3 player, the works on the leather seats etc etc etc! I need my toys if I'm goign to keep it for 4+ years!

Exactly the reason I ended up with the Volvo for my daily, big car for not so crazy money
