Wiring for Blaupunkt Cambridge M73

Need the plug/interconnect that goes into the back of a Blaupunkt Cambridge M73 so that I can wire that badboy up!

Edit- that should be M23 not 73, my bad!

Also, on a very long shot- who's got a spare knob for the tuner dial?

i think its the same as a ford escort mk 1 o 2

Pic of the offending connector (I have just one, need another three!)-

The power connections I can sort out myself with spade connectors, but the speaker connections are a bit more specialist. I have some shiny florins for the man who can supply such a connector!
