Default Missing and wanted back

Hello all,

A few years back, about 3 now, I lost my 'Pearl Princess' and I'd like to find her again but I think the chap I sold her to has scrapped her. She is a pearl 100 S4 saloon. First registered in 1992 and she carries or carried the registration number of J986 GES.

I sold her for 2 reasons, firstly, I moved abroad in 2010 when I sold her and she had a fault on her that I just couldn't fix, she'd spark and crank but no fuel. After about a year of trying to fix her I gave up and sold her.

I've searched on the DVLA site and they have no record of her.

If anyone can help me trace J986 GES I'd be very much grateful to you.

Thanks for reading!

Mark

Thanks for your honesty Eltee, but I really wish you'd lied to me and told me she went on to a long and happy life.

Such a shame and I really regret getting rid of her. Still, she lives on in a can of fizzy pop or something similar.

Now, I guess it's time for me to start looking for another one. A saloon again, the wife can't abide the estate cars even if I call them Avant's.

Thanks for checking it out for me

Mark

Exclamation

On the upside the heart of the beast will most likely be living on in a URq or a B2/Type 85 of some sort.....

I hope so, I really do hope it gives another car a new lease of life and someone enjoys it. She gave me years of pleasure and hopefully she'll live on in another.

When I left for Switzerland she had about 180k on the clock and if she's repaired will live on for another 180k I like to think.

Slight thread drift, but regarding J986 GES, one of the very rare J Plate Ur quattros shares a similar plate, J187 CES.

Is there any way of finding out which car your engine came out of as my B2 90Q has a 3B in and I always wonder which car donated it?
