15" Aero's question

I've got my eye on a set of Aero's for my 90... they're in good shape but the tyres are shot. I'd like to keep my car standard but simply these wheels look far better imo!

They are 6J's with 195/60R15 tyres fitted. Is 6J the same width as the Speedlines that are currently fitted as standard to a 90 Sport?

Also can I change the tyres for the correct 205/50R15's without any fuss?

Your Speedlines will be 7"x15", but 205/50/15s will fit the 6"x15" Aeros no problem, as that was the correct size for them when fitted to the 90. The Coupe had baloons, sorry, I mean 205/60/15s.

I just changed 2 tyres on the 90q with uniroyal's at the great expense of 76 quid fitted and balanced

Well all things considered, I think I'm going to get them & I'm I'm going to put new rubber on them too. I'm gonna keep the Speedlines too & perhaps get them refurbished for occasional use.

Yey! I got myself a nice set of Aero's!

They're in good shape but I'd like them refurbished anyway to make them mint. I'll price up new tyres for them too... and all this before fully assessing the condition of the rest of the car - something I said I'd do before spending money on niceties.
