Has anyone had their starter motor re-conned(KV engine)? If so how much did it cost??
Have to check starter tomorrow, for now just put battery on charge.Don,t think it,s battery??

You can buy solenoids just go to any motor factor or find a motor electrical factor

Thanks, been looking through my manual.Does look straight forward.
I,ve got a starter on my other q90(off road),so I,ll use that one.Trouble is,it,s in a unit 15 miles away.I hate travelling with the peasants,on the trains.
That will give me time(+wheels)to sort this starter out.
Thanks.
