Default 89 Coupe quattro fan speed

Hi. i have a 1989 Coupe Quattro and i was wondering if anyone knew where to get a resistor for my fan speed as the fan only works on the highest speed (4) and not between speeds of 1-3.

Thanks.

Also if anyone knows a audi specialist that has experience with the old coupe's near berkshire.

Did u checked existing one? Probably only thermo fuse is gone, so u can short it - only before fixing reason why it burnt - maybe fan is half-stuck.

It's located so incoming air cools it. If u have just heater, then it's above fan and can be accessed by removing glovebox, which is fixed with two 8mm bolts. Dunno about air con, must be in the same area.
