electrical gremlins?

found some electrical gremlins in the car the other day,

Firstly, the radiator fan is intermittently turning its self ON/OFF for no reason.. even when engine is cold.

I can hear something in the fuse box clicking on and off while its doing this.. Is it a relay?

Secondly, the front window wipers only work at full speed..

but not at slow or intermittent speed. They also don't want to come to rest at the bottom of the windscreen when you turn them off.

These are all the gremlins i've noticed so far, but there maybe others I haven't noticed yet.

any help will be much aprecated.

Yes or the fan switch it's self

if the wipers only work on fast and don't park it's a good chance it's the relay,as for fan could be switch,
relay or a wiring fault
