Any one using the electronic servicing manuals?
I am no better with a PC than I am at sorting out the problems with the wr I am getting an error when I try to access the maint manuals etc.... I am working off a works lap top and I had to get the IT monkey to install it for me and I wondered if she has not enabled all the functionality ? screen shot attached |

Can't quite make out the screen shot but as it's on the vehicle info screen I assume it's saying something like "unable to identify vehicle". This is becuase you haven't got a GECO link to Audi in Germany. ELSA uses this to ID the car but if you cancel that pop up it will operate normally, just without identifying the car fully. You only really need that for producing past service documents etc.
