Have started to think that maybe it's soon time to change the WR for something a bit newer and was wondering what kind of money i could expect for mine if i choose to change.

very late '88 pearl white WR with an MB head, professionally tuned to around 280BHP,
125000 miles on the clock, some history, £1000's of reciepts. recent engine/diff/gearbox mountings and fanbelt.
stripped out interior, alloy fuel tank and swirl pot, new cobra monaco pro seats with sparco 3 point harnesses, custom cage. Boge gas shocks and -35mm H&R springs, strut braces etc, sport bonnet. good condition in my opinion, I think im the 8th owner from new

Any ideas of what it's worth?
cheers
Andy

you can always ask for that, it sounds quite reasonable, and depending on the interest it'll effect on how flexible you'll have to be on that.
Only problem is that increasingly these are seen as dry (summer!) day toys and if you put it up for sale now there aren't so many people willing to spend money on something thats going to sat in the garage all winter.
