Been contacted by the owner of a 1986 80 td 153,00 miles
MOT failure on the following

1. Centre steering rack gaiter split.
2. Nearside track rod end ball joint has excessive play.
3. (Also has a nut missing from manifold) Exhaust has part of the system excessively deteriorated.
5. Nearside rear suspension component mounting prescribed area excessively corroded.
6. Nearside front subframe mounting prescribed area is excessively corroded.

Advisory Notice.
7. Nearside front tyre worn close to the legal limit
8. Front nearside brake backplate corroded.
9.Bothe front suspension legs considerably corroded.
10. Under body there are various areas of corrosion as pointed out to customer.
