Audi 200 Turbo!
Got a tip off about a nice early Audi 200 Turbo last week about a mile away from my unit.
Went up to have a look and spotted this on the drive of what looked like a rather derelict house!!    I went back the next day to take some more pics and an elderley gentleman appeared at the window drinking a cup of tea! Bang goes my theory of it being a derelict house! Turned out to be a rather nice chap who told me he drove it as his daily until the exhaust went in 1996. He parked it up afterwork one night and there it stayed ever since! It's waaaay to gone to be salvagable and the interior has a fascinating growth of moss from the leaky sunroof, and half the sill fell out in bits when the door was slammed but he still wouldn;t let it go to the scrap man!! And here's a pic of it in all it's quad lamp glory!!  |

what a shame
you cant belive how some people will let a car like that just rot away even though the bodys gone wonder what the engine would be like  |

you could have it and stick the engine in your T25 multivan. I know someone who is doing that right now.

Where are you Coxy? Im near Spalding,god knows why-its more horrid than a bad death! Was really looking for the later type 200T project but this is interestinger!! Spill!

Absolutely love the rims.
In SA they were on the GTi's and I absolutely loved them then, and still do. Nice moss growth. |
