Housebound .... it’s hailing, the cars are all clean, I cannot be asking to get a paintbrush out and I’m bored.... I do have some Abbot Special Reserve though...

Lucky I have the MG V8 to restore and have been making the most of being house bound and getting paid, for the moment.

Just been out for a run with my daughter.

Wife suggested I clean the windows and gutters, suddenly found myself busy

I’ve just cooked Frankfurter hotdogs in home made bread. They’ve all hoovered that lot up. I failed in bed this morning because of the clock change so lunch was actually late breakfast.

Quite sunny here, blustery though and cold with it!
Cleared out the shed sort of then gave up as couldnt be arsed, then had a bit of a tidy round in the garage, got bored with that too.
Cant really do any work on the battlebus as its out front with the back wheels in the air waiting for me to take care of a couple of rust spots, then put the new struts and springs on.
Cant finish that yet either as the droplinks are coming from germany via cv19 free pigeon post I think.

Still, had an hour outside running round the hill at 06.00, explains why I felt tired earlier.

Repeat ad infinitum it seems.

Out on my mountain bike for a couple of hours this morning , didn't meet a soul and the roads are empty. Had a break on top of a windswept hill and it started sleeting. Felt like I was in the 28 days later film, minus the zombies.

Indeed, I’m lucky in the fact I can work from home and be productive but there’s only so much “repeat ad infinitum” as you so eloquently put it that we can probably take as a family of four. I cleaned the conservatory windows today for heaven’s sake.

Incidentally, I’ve rigged up an extension lead so three of the four cars can swap between the battery charger as I cannot see any of them getting any meaningful exercise. I’ll keep them ticking over in life as and when I can, but I suspect the fuel will be pretty shite by September.
