Dash symbol flashing

Hi I have a 1989 Audi ur Quattro and yesterday i noticed
green low beam dash symbol flashing? Lights were off and driver door open inside a garage? Is it a indicator to turn on lights in low light??? All my lights are working as normal. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks

that's normal due to low light

Take it out the garage and it will stop flashing
