I need a new flexi hose for an '85 Coupe GT 2L. Part number 431 721 465. Any ideas? or does anyone know the spec so I can have one made. I'm trying to avoid taking off the old one before I have a new one to install.

Not sure if its a sprinter pipe ( if so will be the same as fitted to VWs Crafters) but I thought it came from a Unimog mecedes military vehicle, Its what i used on mine and it works fine.
The only difference is its about 10mm longer and will need a little thought vis a vis routing it so it dosent chafe, i used a rubber grommet on mine to keep it clear of any obstructioins. Hurry tho, the parts man I spoke to reckoned theyre going to go obsolete soon. |
