we both have CAC exhausts as seen in the following vids..

nice and quiet at idle . .

and the desired "full chat" sound at speed! >

oh and the sound from the interior is ideal - no sore heads with a CAC system!

ps

here's one when john loses the plot when his medallions start to flake again > >

I'm in the market for a new exhaust for my 90 2.2

I see that CAC are no more, Powerflow seems to have caused a few people issues on the 'boom' front, any other off the shelf recommendations to give a slight enhancement to the 5 pot noise?

Try Simon's Exhausts up in East Kilbride - nice sound and a very good reputation.

There's also an exhaust place in Falkirk that I'll try and find the name of - another good job.

John, have you any idea the name of the place that Mike got his S2 done at?

Is your current exhaust shot? If not then only another rear silencer is needed to release a nice 5 pot sound.
