Pressed plates

Hello,
are aluminum pressed plates legal in this country? If so where is the best place to buy a
set? There are several suppliers on ebay,around £20.00 for a set,but not sure of the quality.

They are legal if they conform to the character specifications, spacing, white/yellow background, & are reflective.

Don't know anything about where is best to get them though.
