we all know that ford escorts are commanding wild prices but i didn't realise that the good old capper was getting up there in the asking price too!! you could have a really nice quattro for that money . .

Nah, keep yer Georgian town house, I want a WW2 prefab!! Don't see many of them around these days.. (Because they were shI*!!!! That's why!)

Yes classic Fords, are really hitting high times wth no bubble burst as of yet.
I really like the Black Capri, Quite like the Amber one too.
As for the RS I have had one for 15 years

I like this bit...

We have recently given her a check over after transportation to London from Milan, the underside has had a clean up and rubbing down before a new under seal coating to protect her for another season of use

If I was a cynical old sod, I'd think they're hiding a rusting chassis.
