Default Injector removal

What's the best way to remove the injectors from a KV engine?
Is there a tool required?

Thanks

I did a dummy run on,my old blue 90q.
I soaked them overnight, with WD40 and next day used long nosed(long handled)forceps.(Alot of)Pulling and twisting gently.
