Default S2 running gear wanted

Hi all,
High time to finally convert the 90 to S2 running gear.
Has anyone got full set for sale (hubs, uprights, subframes, driveshafts, ARB's).
It may be more cost effective to buy a rolling shell.
Can anyone help please?

What's the main reason for this Chris. If its just for the 5 stud hubs. I'd just change these. If changing struts best check spring plate height etc....

I want to improve ride on car. My setup is far too stiff and makes the car a bit skitty. The 5 stud setup is far beefier and there are loads more options

Have to say after 15 years of experimenting I now find my present setup of H&R 30% uprated and lowered springs, Koni adjustables turned one full turn to firm and rear ARB perfect , not too harsh but good balanced handling with little roll when pushing on. Certainly no worse than a modern day S-line or LeMans and not too low it looks silly

There are better options for coilovers, better camber adjustment, and the struts are lighter IIRC.

Will lighter make much difference on a car with 500+ bhp???

Unsprung weight will make a difference to the suspension, handling and braking/acceleration characteristics, besides the kerb weight.

For instance, the suspension will respond quicker, and therefore road contact in increased. Although this may not be noticebale in some cases.

This is the reasoning for lighter calipers, lighter wheels and often 2 piece discs (besides the heat dissipation).
