Default Would you like to see an In Car Systems sub-section in Mech/Tech??

Helloooo!

Amanda and I were speaking the other night about In Car Systems we have in our beasties.

We got onto old school Alpine stuff quickly, and stuff from the age of our cars manufacture...

Would you like to see a sub-section in Mech/Tech for In Car Systems?

Steve

Yes, would be handy for tips and advice on which OE stereo (or indeed mono) to fit to a classic Audi, and how to source.

Matsui??? That names almost Biblical!!

Sansui....now theres an excellent name from the past.

I guess having a chart of which model of head unit/valve wireless was fitted at the factory would help folk,he stated, sounding obvious.......

Come on!One more!

Turncoat!!

LOL!!!!

Reiger did some iffy period styling kits for the Quattro back in the 80s eh.Also Kamei were popular for their grilles and some other old toss too!

Just say it was still the 80s and some people here wanted to discuss this.Would you have a Body/Styling section too,or just bung it in Events and Gatherings or summit?

It would be good to be able to find out about old in car entertainment (not the wife) Yeh I remember the good old days of incar entertainment in the back seat. Where have those days gone? Oh I've just got older. Must ask the wife if she fancys a run out in the new car?!
