Question Antenna motor Type 81/85

Okay, can't seem to find anything in the Haynes manual about this...

Who can tell me what i'm missing and where the wires should originate from?
I'm guessing the brown wire is a simple grouding wire?

The brown wire has been put on to earth it as your bracket is missing

and i also see a transparant tube. This comes from a motor to pressure it?

No , it's a water drainage tube often missing or dripping straight into the wheel well which causes .......
