Photo shoot in The Pennines anybody?

Hi!

OK,this is just a feeler.I recently took my Coupe up to Aberdeen and was absolutely tearful when I saw those Pennine Hills.What a soft sod huh.

Anyway,it struck me as a great backdrop for perhaps Coxy and other great photographers to meet there,and photograph some of our cars.

Maybe we could do it this year before the invisible summer is gawnn??

superb idea but I'm gonna have no spare time from Monday on for a fair while by the looks of things.

Well,we seem to have many photographing peeps here.

I can take a reasonable one.

Lets see hoe,hoe? how we fair,lol

Where are these Hills accessible by road for starters??I cant seem to suss even this simple task.

The Macclesfield Road in the Peak District is nearly as nice. (between Buxton and Macclesfield)

Not quite Helvellyn or Pen y Gent, but it's a superb stretch of road and there's a good pub to meet up as well!
It's also Quattro driving country with plenty of hills and twisty bits!

what about scammonden dam its 5 min from juc 23 M62 and there wicked Quattro roads there and such a good place for pictures.

you'll have to count me out of any date between now & October at the moment for this.

Would love to come a long and get some pics but have just got waaay too much to sort out at the moment.
