Default 1600cc Weber carb.

1600cc weber carb for sale, came off my mk2 golf and was running sweet.

£75 posted.

haha shush, the engine died due to excessive lowering...

is this a replacement carb with a manual choke? If yes does it fit the PFL type 81 4 pot cars?

Yes this is as replacement with a manual choke. Unsure whether it would fit however i can upload pictures, unless anyone else can chime in with the information.

Hit the underneath against something? Shame.. thats how my e30 beemer died and had to spend a month at the shops rebuilding the bottum end =[

If it is a Weber 32/34DMTL

You can convert from Golf to Audi 80.

I know someone who went from Golf 1.8 carb to Audi 5 pot 1.9 with changing some mounting parts (or something similar).

I have a 1986 Audi 80 CL, DT engine code 1.6.

I fitted a manual choke Weber carb. Very easy and the best thing to do to it.
