Hello everyone,
Just wondering if anyone has the toolkit for sale that came with the 80 when it was new. The one that came with the spare wheel? I still need those silver sill strips too! Many Thanks! Sie! ![]() |

Hello Simon,
Did you get sorted? as far as I know the tool-kit in a black plastic bag, just contained a X screwdriver & a small spanner - 10 & 13 mm open-ended. If that's the case, I could probably find one. Also I've got strips, but from a Sport I think therefore black, not 'chrome'. Let me knowwhen you get a mo. Cheers. Glen. |

Hi Glen,
I managed to re-use my original silver strip, which I am quite pleased about. As for the toolkit, someone sometime has taken it out of my 80 obviously when they have sold it on. I am now left with a heavy blue scissor jack in the boot that rattles around everywhere. What I am ideally looking for is for the jack, there wheel bolt spanner, screwdriver and the 10x13 open ended spanner. The original bolt spanner has two ends, one for the wheel nuns and one for the spark plugs. Preferably they need to be the proper ones, as part of the idea is to get them tucked back away like they should be, instead of rattling around and driving me crazy! Many thanks, Sie! ![]() |

Hi Simon, I think I've got all of that somewhere, apart from the plastic tool bag - these tended to tear on the seams & became useless & got thrown away. I think the screwdriver I've got is a bit rusty though. Do you want me to dig them out in the next week or so? Won't want much for them. Glen.
