Whats going on in the close up photo of the rear wheel? Looks well out of line...far to close to the sill?????

This must be the one my cousin was telling me about. He stays in Rishton. Nice looking car, although 9 grand is almost 20 valve territory, and 3 times what i paid for mine in similar condition. Stuff that.
