After market,hyd/tappets,any good?(10v KV.)

Originals at 18.95 Euros a pop

,I'm having 2nd thoughts.
Are after market ones,any good?
When renewing h/tappets,what usually needs replacing?Would I(should I)renew the springs aswell?

Any advice,appreciated.

Worn(or blocked)tappets are noisey,but what damage can they do?
