Centre two spark plugs unremoveable!

Hey!

Was just swapping out the plugs today for a fresh set on my Coupe 2.0 16v

1 & 4 no probs using the usual 10mm plug spanner.
The centre two,it wont fit!

Now,as far as I know,theres only two kinds of plug size.The larger Ford type and the 10mm size.

Can anyone advise me if theres an extra slightly larger size I dont have??? ooer!
The 10mm socket just spins as if its not slid down over the hex at all.

I had a Halfrauds plug spanner where the rubber insert was too big and didn't allow the plug spanner to reach the hex: just popped the rubber out and used the plug spanner a s a regular socket and pulled the plugs out with a magnet, or old bit of fuel pipe.

Ah!

Never knew there were 4 different sizes of plug tool.

There is,and I dont have the 2 in the middle size!

The wheel nut removing box spanners other end is a spark plug removing socket.

Ah thanks Ben..

Alas,this car didnt come with a spare wheel let alone the spanner!LOL!
