This nothing to do with anyone on here before i start.
The one thing that really pisses me off is when you agree to buy some parts from someone on a forum not unlike this one. You pay the guy then you wait and wait and wait, you pm him he fobs you off then you wait some more, pm again and again then nothing. I have no parts and am out of pocket. It just sucks and is basically theft/fraud. The question remains what can i do about it. I don't have a home address but i do possibly have a mobile number, a work email address. I paid by paypal sending him the money as a gift (his suggestion to avoid paypal fess0 so i doubt i will have any recourse through them. |

If you have a work e.mail address mail to that excluding the recipient from the address and it should go to a general company inbox. This way the company will know what he has done and hopefully get back to you with his details. It will also make him look a total cock to his employers. Failing that I assume the mail address has the company name within it so a little investigative work should get you an address in which case you can contact him this way. When you do just go up there and set light to the B*****D. He wont do it again.............

You could send a threatening-ish letter directly to him (if you know his name) at his work address. Send it recorded delivery so someone HAS to sign for it and then you have prove that it got there.

Email the company with his name and details letting them know what he's done, see if that rattles any cages.
If thats dosent work take a trip to said employer and go see the head honcho and explain it, or write to them first as suggested. Not right to promise parts and then not deliver, especially if theyve been paid for. Out of order. |

Start a Paypal claim and give them the facts....You may strike lucky.
You have nothing to lose by starting a claim |

a few years ago someone upset me on ebay so I visited a few porn sites and gave his email address where ever I could.
No idea if it caused him any trouble but a) I hope it did and b) it was quite good fun ![]() |
