Default Exhaust manifold waste gate turbo removal 200qt

Couple of sticky bits , front pipe union siezed nuts and welded pipe



Wastegate bolts pretty stuck too,hard area to work in,got a whole turbo,wastegate and repaired manifold from a wr to fit as one here is cracked



Think i'll get the grinder out,all advice gratefully recieved

Aha! that would get into tight space and grind heads of bolts,cheers
25years of heat from engine and turbo has fused them together.

My little dremel has saved the day more times than I care to think.
Simply cut the bolts through- you'll be putting new in anyway.
Just make sure you have plenty of spare discs, as they are brittle.

You can get steel diamond tipped disks, they don't break
