Default 80 sport washers

I need a set of replacement washers for an 83 audi 80 sport and some advice for removing and refitting the injectors. Thanks!

washers - go to www.vagcat.com register, then get the part nos.
034133557E
then ring www.vagparts.com and tell them what you want and they will order them and deliver.

I haven't removed the injectors from a DZ engine, but Octanejunkie has, and I'm sure he'll be along soon.

Thanks a lot. Their price sure beats the £10 for four Audi Sinclair were going to charge me. I looked at him and asked if he felt embarrassed giving me that price.Thing was that the price he gave me was after some discount he said he had added for no other reason that I can discern other than that he liked my face.

Nice guy called Martin at Vagparts assured me that even with postage at 60p tops it will still be cheaper at 90p each. My DZ will soon be flying

if there are any other seals around the injectors, it would be worth changing them too.

On my Audi 100 with the 2.3 NF engine, I changed 4 O rings per injector, and also the "inserts" too. Total price, about £20.

thanks for your help I have ordered 4 for £4 from VAG parts. It seems that there may be another in there that doesn't seem to wear out as such but I was advised to NOT damage it as they are NLA
