Are there any solicitors (litigation) on this forum?
If not, does anyone know of any good solicitors in the London area? May help if they know difference between a spark plug and a piston! Don't ask? Long story but time to ![]() ![]() Cheers Chris

If you want to let me know what's happening, I'll see if I can offer any comments / ideas. I can't represent you, but depending on what you want, I might be able to talk you through what to do, or help you prepare documents etc. * - issued proceedings. Idiot (not his real name) filed an acknowledgement of service on the last day of the allowed 14 days, indicating an intention to defend it. Waited for the further 14 days they get if they put in the acknowledgement of service, went to the court office a couple of days after the deadline, he'd still not filed a defence. If he wants to get the judgment set aside, he has to pay a fee, and is likely to be required to pay the amount claimed into court pending the outcome of any hearing. |
