they will by the looks of that pull it out with a slide hammer then basically fill and primer it, what it would cost you to rent or by any tools would make it cheaper to take to any bodyshop. It depends on the quality of finish you want too

its always fun playing with theses sort of things but I think Johns right.
By the time you've hired the right bits, tried and tried again to get it right a body shop would have got it a 100 times better in a fraction of the time.
I've never been happy with my attempts

there was an old trick I learnt a few years ago. Drill a small hole in the middle of the dent. Screw in a self tapping screw then get a set of mole grips or plier and pullthe dent. It may be enough to pull most of the dent out and give a better surfface to fill.

You may need to put a skim of fine filler on the top, eg dolphin glaze. Old School method was stopper IIRC. There are some basic spray on fillers from car shops too , well there was

High build primer will fill those little holes in.
Halfrauds currently selling Upol high build primer ( metallic blue can) for just this purpose.

in my experience you should use a stopper even before a high build primer. Not much and well worth the effort.

So:

Stopper - and sand
High build primer - and sand
Guidecoat and sand to check for sinkage and low spots
Finally paint

It's well worth getting these steps right if you want a reall firts calss result even with a rattle can of paint
