Right, Im 2 stone over weight, I feel like shit and I like the beer a bit too much of late....
Today, No more beer until Audi's in the Park. So if anybody suddenly see's my spelling get any worse on this site you know Im cheating.... Wish me well, its going to be a long month....

i took this picture last week with my stepdad and mum. Look at my gut and titties

and to cap it all yesterday when I was cleaning my teeth my boobies were jiggling like two puppies in a sack. Anyway I weighed myself in at 13 stone 9 pounds. Did a check and I am 2 stone overweight and I feel like crap about it. Giving up ciggies is great but blimey have I put some weight on.

So it's off to slimming world with Jaytee next week to get some of this packing off. Apperently there's lots of ladies there that will make a big fuss of me so that's cheered me up a little bit

It takes a brave man to join Reddish Slimming World - I've seen many a man come and go there (sounds a bit dodgy) I have been going 6 months and have lost 21 lbs and i feel all the better for it. Good Luck Martyn xx
