Wanted - Airbox clip - WR quattro

Hi all,

Would anyone out there have a spare air filter box spring clip, as per pic below, they would be willing to part with ?

It's for an '85 Ur quattro, I am missing one - would be good to replace it while the airbox is out.

One of my clips from the S2 airbox went missing and I gathered a few different clips from the breakers yard from every old Audi they had in the hope one might work. None did. Luckily, my clip turned up. I will have a look through my collection for you and see if any of them are similar to the Ur clips

Parts diagrams don't list them separately so I can't cross reference to other models

if you have to put it back without, then shuffle them round so that the missing one is the one most easily accessible.... sucking eggs tutorial to follow!

Checked through my collection but nothing works. There is a B2 Coupe at my local breakers and as soon as lockdown is over I will check for you

I've mailed the seller of the airbox, they are not far from me in Woodbridge - asked if he has just a clip he would sell.

At £25 it's a bit of a punt as they may be different, but thanks for finding this mate
