Exhaust interchangeability? C4 100/A6 12v/30v

I've stuck this query in here, as the answer may well help someone else in the future.

So, one for the C4-chassis experts

Is there any compatibility between the exhaust systems of the later 30v v6 (no idea what engine code) and a 12v v6(AAH)?
